Cafe Maya in the Savoya Park Mall is a worthwhile stop. It may not be Mexican the way most Americans define it, but it's good food, well-prepared. They also specialize in Mexican hot chocolate and a variety of coffees.
My husband's favorite is the "Tortilla" with chicken. It might best be described as Hungarian Mexican--a large flour tortilla filled with chunks of chicken in a thick gravy, topped with cheese and baked until crispy. You can pick two sauces to accompany it, and he picks green salsa and sour cream.

I tried the daily special for only 990ft. (less than $5) and while it wasn't Mexican, it was delicious: cream of onion soup, a Greek salad with chicken, and a delicious plum dessert with vanilla sauce. Be prepared--most feta cheese in Hungary has a cream cheese texture instead of the firm, crumbly feta we are used to in America.
